Atlantis Press has launched new book series, "Artificial Thinking Machines", Studies in Computational Cognition, covering state-of-the-art research in artificial intelligence. The series focusses on issues involved in creating 'general AI', i.e. domain-independent intelligence modeling both, lower and higher cognitive abilities in one comprising framework. Atlantis Press to publish proceedings of DIS-2007

DIS 2007 is the 15th in a series of annual workshops on Deep-Inelastic Scattering (DIS) and Related Subjects. The aim of these workshops is to review the progress in the field of DIS and Quantum Chromodynamics (QCD) and to lay the groundwork for future experiments. DIS 2007 will cover the latest results from HERA, Tevatron, J-Lab, RHIC and fixed target experiments and from related theoretical topics.

A new series called "Advances in Intelligent Systems Research" has started since October 2006. The series contains proceedings from major, peer reviewed computer science conferences, all published following our unique publishing model: conferences sponsor our publishing services in exchange of which Atlantis Press ensures a professional publication of the proceedings, including archiving, indexing and freely accessible articles on its webserver.

All the articles of proceedings in the AISR-series will be published, indexed and
