Today, the development of the social and political sciences demanded to become more sensitive in analyzing and was able to resolve the problems of humanity. Geopolitical conflict, poverty, radical modernization, terrorism, faltering democracy and climate change are some of the problems that emerged recently in the world. This comes from a variety of unresolved issues seriously. The Unhas International Conference on Social and Political Sciences (UICoSP) 2017 intends to bring the challenges and the issues in an open forum with the way the researchers can exchange their ideas freely to help regain the social sciences and politics into a real thought.
