Proceedings of the 2015 International Conference on Electronic Science and Automation Control

It is our pleasure to welcome you to the 2015 International Conference on Electronic Science and Automation Control (ESAC 2015) in Zhengzhou, China, on August 15-16, 2015. The aim of ESAC 2015 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academics as well as industry professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in the area of electronic science and automation control. ESAC 2015 is the platform for the presentation of top and latest research results in global scientific areas. It also serves to foster communications among researcher, engineers and practitioners working in a common interest in improving electronic science, automation technology, control technology and the related fields.

An international Technical Program Committee (TPC) consisting of 21 scientists was formed for ESAC 2015. A total of 310 technical papers were submitted for possible publications. Authors of the submitted papers were spread all over the world. The selection of papers for publications was made through a peer-review process. Each paper was reviewed by at least two reviewers based on originality, technical quality, presentation and writing. All the submissions were screened by the TPC members and 78 papers were finally selected for presentation at the conference. We would like to thank the authors of all 310 submissions. Their contributions made this conference possible. We are extremely grateful to the TPC members for their enormous investment of time and effort in the difficult and delicate process of review and selection. Special thanks go to Atlantis Press.

The decision of the best paper award was based on a vote among the TPC members. Two submissions received the award for best papers: “A Single Image Compression Framework Combined with Sparse Representation-Based Super-Resolution” by Xiaohai He, Jingbo He, Jianqiu Huang, and Di Wu, and “Linear Precoding based on Minimum Mean Square Error in MISO Downlink Cognitive Radio Network” by Shunran Wang, Yanhui Lu, and Duanyang Li.

We wish all attendees of the ESAC 2015 conference an enjoyable scientific gathering in Zhengzhou, China. We look forward to seeing all of you next year at the conference.
