Abstract

In order to study the relationship between international capital flows and industrial upgrading in China, the Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) was applyed in this paper on the basis of the existing literature research. The conclusion is that the international capital flows promote the industrial upgrading in China. The innovation of this paper is that it studied industrial upgrading from such aspects as internatioal capital, education development and energy consumption.
