Abstract

In order to make the optimization of model, firstly, supporting policies are pro-posed to ensure the optimal migration pattern; the NGO can increase the total amount of goods and improve the environmental carrying capacity. Secondly, the exogenous events will decrease the quota of refugees and increase this index in neighboring countries. Finally, the scalability of the model is analyzed. When the crisis expands to a large scale, the origins and the routes need to be reconsidered.
