Abstract

The application of mechanical engineering management is a management method and strategy adopted to effectively coordinate and control mechanical engineering project activities. The current research and practice have made some progress in this field. Research has shown that the complexity of mechanical engineering projects, the fiercely competitive market environment, the rapid development of technology, and the demand for sustainable development are the main driving forces behind the research and application of mechanical engineering management. However, existing research has some shortcomings, including a lack of empirical research and data analysis, a lack of practical cases and application validation, imbalanced research on enterprises of different sizes and industries, and a neglect of the importance of human resource management. Therefore, based on existing research, this article comprehensively considers technology, processes, and human resource management to promote the further development and improvement of mechanical engineering management applications. Starting from the current research status and based on modern mechanical management models, this article analyzes the problems in the current research status of mechanical management and conducts a detailed analysis to identify the reasons and corresponding strategies. This study will be beneficial for the future development of mechanical engineering enterprises and promote industry standardization.
