Abstract

The research of the millennial generation (Generation Y) has been widely discussed in various theoretical and empirical studies. The analysis method used is SEM-PLS. The interviewees for this study are 191 master’s students studying economics, management, psychology, law, and IT in Indonesia. The results of this study show that salaries and diversity are the attractiveness of the company, while ethics and corporate social responsibility are the main reasons for joining the company.
