Abstract

Based on the data of Zhaopin website, this paper obtains job types and ability demand keywords through data preprocessing and word frequency analysis. Excel and other tools are used to get job type factors that affect ability demand. This paper aims to provide reference for relevant fresh graduates that are interested in the Internet, and provide certain guiding roles on how can job seekers quickly identify the job demand of the Internet and then match own job demand.
