Abstract

Data acquisition and signal processing is the basis of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system for electromechanical equipment.The paper analysis the general technology of data acquisition and signal processing used in fault diagnosis system,A portable equipment of motor fault diagnosis is designed as an applied example.It has been proved that using appropriate technology of data acquisition and signal processing is very important to exacts the fault characteristic signal and realize the function of electromechanical equipment diganosis.
