Abstract

This paper present a methodology about building the active device broadband behavior model that can prediction of its conducted emission accurately. The architecture of the model is composed of two sub-models: the Passive Distribution Network (PDN) sub-model and the Internal Source (IS) sub-model. An example shows that the model of the device can be useful into the generalduty simulator, while also preserving the accuracy of the model.
