Abstract

In order to implement the priority strategy of resource conservation, accelerate the improvement of resource utilization efficiency and resource security capacity, approved by the State Council, the development of mineral resources conservation and comprehensive utilization of special, encourage and support the rational development and comprehensive utilization of mineral resources by mining enterprises. In order to improve the efficiency of the application, preliminary examination and review of mineral resources conservation and comprehensive utilization of special projects, and standardize the review process, the informationization of mineral resources conservation and comprehensive utilization of special project declaration was carried out by relying on the network to realize data collection, transmission, review and summary, and provide basic information and data for the establishment of mineral resources conservation and comprehensive utilization database.
