Abstract

This paper introduces the co-distribution model into the distribution of fresh products in Beijing, and studies the problem of cost sharing among them. Based on the research on the basic theory, the paper establishes the cost sharing model of Beijing fresh products, and uses the Nash negotiation method to solve the model. Finally, three typical fresh products distribution enterprises in Beijing were selected, and the feasibility of the model was verified by calculating the cost of co-distribution under different cooperation schemes.
