Abstract

Transportation is an indispensable part of the city, however, with the development of social economy, traffic congestion, traffic accidents, resource shortage and other related issues have become the common problem faced by all countries in the world. Selecting an optimal traffic-scheduling scheme to alleviate the traffic congestion, reduce travel time, improve the environment and reduce resources is the significance of this system, in order to reduce the overall travel energy demand and save huge amount energy of for society. This system is developed with VS2010 and C#.
