Abstract

According to the "Higher Vocational Counselor's Professional Ability Standard (Temporary)" document issued by the Ministry of Education, it is stipulated that the scientific level of ideological and political education should be further improved according to the spirit of the 18th Party Congress. Therefore, the Ministry of Education will comprehensively promote the college counselors of the professional and professional construction included in the key areas of work. This paper analyzes the important role of the professionalism and professionalization of college counselors, and explores the problems of the lack of ideology in the process of professionalization of college counselors, the irrational composition of counselors and the lack of management and protection mechanism of counselors. The reform of the counselors to strengthen the depth of thinking, to optimize the structure of counselors, the establishment of specialized professional training system, security system and evaluation system and other reform measures.
