- Abstract
This study examines the relationship between competencies and job performance among human resource managers in high-tech enterprises, utilizing a Structural Equation Modeling approach for systematic analysis. The results demonstrate that general, managerial, professional, and underlying driving competencies all positively influence job performance. Based on these findings, recommendations are provided for the selection and development of human resource managers within enterprises. The research offers a theoretical foundation for understanding the pathways through which competencies affect job performance and for enhancing both competency and performance levels in this context.
