Abstract

The research of emotional intelligence on career success has always been a hot topic. Using survey sample data of 298 employees, this study examined the relationship of emotional intelligence and career success . The results show that: Emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on career success; Social network benefits plays the mediating role between emotional intelligence and career success; Emotional labor moderates the relationship between emotional intelligence and career success.
