Abstract

In the context of the knowledge economy, how cities attract innovative talents is one of the problems facing cities. This paper mainly creates the talent agglomeration index system to measure the talent agglomeration index of 21 cities in the Pearl River Delta region from four aspects: economic index, open tolerance index, innovation investment index and real estate structure index.
