- Abstract
Taking relevant data from nine cities in Shandong Province and Zhejiang Province in 2005~2020, a regression model was established to analyze the regional differences in the impact of resident income on housing prices. The results show that the impact presents both inter-provincial and intra-provincial differences. From an inter-provincial point of view, the driving effect of resident income on housing prices is significantly greater in provinces with higher per capita income than in provinces with lower per capita income. Although there is a certain influence of resident income on housing prices, the relevance between them is still unclear.
