Abstract

As a sunrise industry in the 21st century, logistics industry has shifted its business model from traditional mode to online supply chain mode to meet the needs of the market. This paper analyzes the risks of capital operation in the online supply chain of logistics enterprises and puts forward reasonable optimization measures.
