Abstract

In this paper, a steel frame - core tube hybrid structure commercial building design as engineering background in Kunming, steel beam and the core tube using different connection methods affect the structure of the lateral performance. All hinged model established with some rigid model, modal analysis and response spectrum analysis, comparing its dynamic characteristics and performance of multi-lateral event of an earthquake under the analysis of the seismic performance in high intensity areas.
