Abstract

The complicated trend of project management enhanced the difficulty of project management. In this paper, with the help of the overview of WBS (work breakdown structure), it describes the construction of the project management information system of engineering based on WBS, so as to meet the multi-objective and multi-level control needs of civil engineering's project.
