Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of family capital and market orientation on the performance of the family business in the manufacturing sector. The unit of analysis in this study was 155 family business manufacturing sectors, which were determined by purposive sampling . Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as one of the multivariate data analysis techniques. The findings show that family capital and market orientation have a direct and significant influence on the performance of the family business in the manufacturing sector.
