- Abstract
Supply Chain Partnership means a strategic relationship which is reached a long-term cooperation agreement between upstream and downstream entities in the same supply chain. Establishing a good supply chain partnership help to reduce the cost, shorten the reaction time and create the new market value and so on, and to successfully build supply chain strategic partnership, one of the key aspects is to choose partners. Through analyzing the problem that is selecting the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises partners (upstream parts suppliers),the full text will establish a reliable supplier evaluation system and a mathematical model using the analytic network process (ANP) / data envelopment analysis (DEA) method, and will derived the basic theory and methods adapted to the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises partners selection to help companies better implement supply chain management.
