Abstract

China has made fruitful achievements in the theoretical research on the integration of industry and education, but many problems have been exposed in practice. Taking universities and cooperative enterprises as research samples, this paper analyses how to effectively manage the integration impetus of industry education integration to improve its performance. Through the research on the “power-performance” of the integration of industry and education in universities and enterprises, this paper reveals the operation mechanism of the integration of industry and education, and enriches the research results of the integration of industry and education. It also provides theoretical basis and practical reference for the government, enterprises and universities to formulate scientific and reasonable support policies and operational guarantees for the integration of production and education.
