- Abstract
This paper systematically constructs a research framework integrating the Game Model of Conflict Resolution (GMCR), dynamic game theory, and a multi-dimensional analysis framework. Taking the ban on TikTok in the United States as a typical case, it deeply analyzes the strategic conflicts faced by multinational companies in the context of major power games. Through literature review and theoretical integration, a dynamic conflict analysis model including four dimensions of politics, economy, technology, and culture is proposed, and innovative elements such as decision-makers’ attitudes, fuzzy preferences, and visualized reasoning are introduced, providing theoretical support and methodological tools for strategic decision- making of multinational companies in complex international environments. The research shows that the dynamic conflict analysis framework based on GMCR can effectively identify stable conflict states, predict policy evolution paths, and provide targeted response strategies for multinational companies.
