Abstract

In most cases, a large team of employees performs a modern software development. This team is a social group, during the work of which, there arise conflicts resulting from big differences between the working group members. The article considers the issues of software development paradigms influence on social processes within a developers’ team as a mechanism for reducing the conflicts frequency between developers and a method of non-material employees’ motivation.
