Abstract

The paper deals with the questions of organizational development in extreme business conditions, and lack of funding, in particular. The ideas are supported by the example of Magnitogorsk high music school and the way its authorities managed the problem of premises expansion. It also provides advice for acting in typical situations, which business people face in their daily working activity.
