Abstract

CNC integrated inspection is an important component for monitor and diagnosis in integrated manufacturing process, and is a pivotal step avoiding grave incidents timely and effectively. Combined with the methods used before in the CNC integrated inspecting plan, an improved domain ontology knowledge model which used in the CNC integrated inspection has been proposed. The simulations show that the method is normative and practical. The applications of the ontological theory in CNC integrated manufacturing can not only provide better platform for information and the knowledge integration, but also could make the contribution to helping the popularization and deepening ontological theory.
