- Abstract
This research examines the integration of visual communication and cognitive psychology principles to enhance AI-driven decision-making in engineering fields. This study investigates the integration of cognitive psychology and visual communication principles to enhance AI-driven decision-making in engineering. It emphasises how meticulously crafted visual interfaces via intentional application of colour, form, and spatial arrangement can diminish cognitive load and enhance the intuitiveness of complex data comprehension. The findings indicate that interfaces designed with robust user experience principles enable users to better comprehend complex information, enhance their decision-making confidence, and reply more swiftly and accurately. This study provides practical advice for creating interfaces that enhance the usability, reliability, and effectiveness of AI systems in real engineering situations by examining the psychological aspects that affect information perception and processing.
