Abstract

This paper analyzes the main drawbacks of training mode about talents of Control Science and Engineering, and points out the urgency about bringing up high-quality talents, especially top-notch innovative talents in our country. It also raises the reflection of the diversification of training mode about high-quality talents of Control Science and Engineering.
