- Abstract
Currently, the feed manufacturing industry has a significant contribution to the Indonesian economy with a growth prospect of 4.66% in 2024. However, many related production facilities are still constrained by the entrance quality control procedure which is too time-consuming due to the large number of parameters, both variables and attributes, that must be inspected to ensure the suitability of the quality of supply. In this paper, we develop a dependent sampling plan based on mixed acceptance criteria from the variable and attribute sides in the acceptance of the main raw material for animal feed, namely corn kernels. Each alternative plan is determined by solving two non-linear equations simultaneously and satisfying the conditions of two points on the operating characteristic (OC) curve. An example of a situation at PT XYZ is used to simulate the implementation of the proposed dependent mixed sampling plan.
