Abstract

This paper introduces the development and practice of the Changzhou grassroots governance platform from the perspective of the integration of digital and real-world. Based on the theoretical foundation of digital-real integration, the Changzhou grassroots governance platform integrates advanced technologies such as big data, Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence, achieving the optimized allocation and efficient utilization of governance resources. The development of the platform aims to address issues such as information asymmetry and dispersed resources in grassroots governance, enhancing governance efficiency. In practical applications, places like Zhenglu Town, Hongmei Street, and Qishuyan Street have achieved innovation and upgrading of governance methods through the platform, with a 15.3% increase in governance efficiency. It is hoped that the research in this paper will provide a useful reference for the development and practice of grassroots governance platforms in other regions.
