- Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of attitudes, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control on turnover intentions generation z employees of Bank BRI Region Padang. The data collection of this research took place in July 2022. This research used quantitative research methods provide five alternative answer choices for respondents, so a five-point Likert scale was utilized with 50 item question and total respondent is 93 people who are referred to as generation z. The data analysis technique to test the hypothesis is the multiple linear regression analysis technique using SPSS version 22. Multiple regression analysis reveals that attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control (PBC) interact have an effect on predicting intentions. Each indicator also has an influence to show turnover intention where the attitude indicator has the most significant influence to predict intentions turnover.
