Abstract

This paper analyzed government's role in psychological intervention of emergency management and reviewed government psychological crisis intervention work briefly, and then found some issues, including no sound mental hygiene legal, lacking comprehensive psychological crisis management departments, imperfect aid mechanism and social psychological support system. Government should locate correct role, and exercise public power according to law to improve psychological intervention system from legal safeguard, institutional construction, perfect system, national education, platform building, personnel cultivation, and other aspects.
