Abstract

This paper focus on the analysis of risk management effect in the transformation and upgrading of old industrial buildings as the main research content. The bow-tie model is used to quantitatively study the single stage and multi-stage of risk loss, risk identification cost, risk prevention cost, risk event remedial cost, and the whole life cycle risk management effect around old industrial buildings, and the quantitative model of the whole life cycle risk management effect is put forward. The research results are of great reference value for risk research in the transformation of old industrial buildings.
