- Abstract
The earthquake activity in western Sichuan is frequent, high frequency and high intensity, and the corresponding social problems caused by the earthquake are prominent. This paper focuses on the characteristics of earthquake disasters in western Sichuan and the shortcomings in earthquake emergency drills. Based on the real scene of earthquake disasters in this area, some thoughts on earthquake emergency drills with multi-agent and multi-level participation are carried out in order to provide some benefits for improving the effectiveness of earthquake emergency drills in this area. This paper proposes to construct the post-earthquake damaged area in the real scene, and optimize the emergency drill by means of full participation in the real scene, which is conducive to promoting the development of public safety governance to prevention in advance.
