JSTA Accepted for Inclusion in Scopus

April 6th, 2020

After a successful evaluation by the Scopus Content Selection & Advisory Board (CSAB), the Journal of Statistical Theory and Applications (JSTA) has been accepted for inclusion in Scopus. Scopus is the world's largest abstract and citation database of peer-reviewed scientific journals, books and conference proceedings which covers research topics across all scientific, technical and medical disciplines. The database currently contains more than 75 million records and over 1.4 billion cited references, while it also offers various smart tools and metrics to track, analyze and visualize research. The inclusion of JSTA in Scopus is expected to significantly enhance the journal's visibility and means that JSTA will receive its first metrics from the Scopus "basket of metrics", most notably a CiteScore, in June 2021.
