Abstract

The accelerated growth of the past 30 years has advanced the entrepreneurial sector in China. The surge in private wealth management services (PWM) has resulted in enhancing this segment’s pro-file globally. The ensuing tension between demand and lagging development may force change to markets and regulations. It is therefore to be expected that the financial service providers (FSPs) will be prompted to follow suit. This essay seeks to analyze how FSPs and PWM firms will meet the demands of the private and public sectors alike. Furthermore this essay seeks to provide insights that may benefit interested parties.
