Abstract

In recent years, with the continuous improvement of the socialist legal system in China and the relative improvement in people’s awareness of the legal system, the maintenance of the legitimate rights and interests of individuals through legal means has become a universal consensus under the whole social context. Among them, in order to better regulate labor relations and resolve related disputes within the framework of labor relations, the Chinese government has issued a series of laws and regulations to guide relevant work. This article takes the subject of the collective labor dispute as the research content. While introducing the types of collective labor disputes, it analyzes the different forms of the subject, so as to specify the direction for resolving the related issues in the collective labor dispute subject.
