Abstract
CIOFF Indonesia is a non-profit organization of art and culture. This study aims to analyze the influence of interpersonal communication and organizational behavior on organizational commitment in non-profit organization of CIOFF Indonesia. This study used content analysis methods of qualitative research. The literature review in this study is in the same area and using the same variable, which are interpersonal communication, organizational culture, and organizational commitment. The result of this study indicates that interpersonal communication and organizational culture have an impact on organizational commitment in non-profit organization CIOFF Indonesia.
