Abstract

According to the relevant literature, this paper summarizes the connotation of team leadership emergence based on the concept of leadership emergence, and focuses on the individual level to summarize the driving factors of team leadership emergence, with a view to combing and improving the literature of team leadership emergence, and looking forward to new research perspectives and directions of team leadership emergence in the future.
