Proceedings of the Third International Conference on Control, Automation and Systems Engineering (CASE-13)

2013 Third International Conference on Control, Automation and Systems Engineering (CASE 2013) will be held in Auckland, New Zealand, August 28-29, 2013. The conference is conceived as a forum for mutual exchange between researchers, coaches, physical education teachers, graduates, fitness instructors, engineers, mathematicians and other sports-related and technical experts, dealing with interdisciplinary topics on Control, Automation and Systems Engineering. The conference objectives are to present, discuss and update current research results, findings, inventions and ideas in the domain of Control, Automation and Systems Engineering.

The conference will include invited talks, workshops, tutorials, and other events dedicated to this theme. CASE 2013 is sponsored by American Applied Sciences Research Institute. All the papers of CASE 2013 have been peer-reviewed by selected experts, and low-quality ones have been refused. The reviewers of the manuscripts, who by tradition remain anonymous, have been very helpful in efficiently reviewing the manuscripts, providing valuable comments well within the time allotted to them. We believed that this conference provides a valuable reference for researchers in the field of control, automation and systems engineering. The topics covered in this book include:

Session 1: Intelligent Control and Automation Engineering
Session 2: Algorithm, Simulation and Systems Modeling
Session 3: Communication Systems and Information Technology
Session 4: Electrical and Electronic Engineering

We sincerely thank all the members of the CASE 2013 Organizing Committee, Academic Committee and Program Committee. Moreover, we also express my sincere appreciation to all the referees, staff and volunteers for their tremendous efforts. Finally, we would like to thank all the authors who have contributed to this book.

Compared with short-lived conference, the meaning is far-reached. We are looking forward to meeting you at this world-class event in New Zealand.
