Abstract

The article deals with the issues of existing small innovative enterprises (SIE) at higher education institutions - how stratification and separation in one organization interfere in an active assistance in large successful investment projects. A comparative analysis of successful involvement of SIE on the Federal level is done. Moreover, prerequisites for the development of the information system of financial monitoring of the small innovative enterprises in Millionshchikov GSTOU are provided.
