Proceedings of the 2026 2nd International Conference on Data Mining and Project Management (DMPM 2026)
Conference Name: 2026 2nd International Conference on Data Mining and Project Management (DMPM 2026)
Date: 13–15 March 2026
Location: Jinan, China (Hybrid)
Website: https://www.icdmpm.com/ The 2026 2nd International Conference on Data Mining and Project Management (DMPM 2026) was successfully held in Jinan, China, from March 13 to 15, 2026. DMPM 2026 continued its commitment to fostering high-quality academic exchange and addressing the rapidly evolving demands of the digital era. The Conference emphasized key research areas including data mining, machine learning, statistical learning, database management, artificial intelligence, project management methodologies, risk assessment, agile practices, and stakeholder governance, aiming to build a platform where technological innovation and managerial practice deeply converge. In response to the accelerating global digital transformation—driven by continuous advancements in artificial intelligence, blockchain, big data, and other emerging digital technologies—DMPM 2026 provided an open, rigorous, and interdisciplinary platform for researchers, practitioners, and industry experts to present their latest findings. The Conference offered diverse channels for global participants to showcase research achievements, share best practices, and engage in meaningful academic exchange, thereby fostering innovation in data science and project management and supporting the development of data driven decision making practices. A series of keynote speeches were delivered by distinguished experts during DMPM 2026. Prof. Qingyu Zhang (Shenzhen University, China) presented a keynote speech titled "From Poverty Alleviation to Common Prosperity: Value Creation of Poverty Alleviation Pavilions in E-Commerce Supply Chains". Prof. Xiongfeng Pan (Dalian University of Technology, China) delivered a speech entitled "The Influencing Mechanism of Population Aging and Sub replacement Fertility on Carbon Efficiency". Prof. Qingchun Meng (Shandong University, China) shared his work in a keynote titled "Research on Emergency Response and Collaborative Decision Mechanism of Vital Emergent Events from the Perspective of Whole Time Domain". Prof. Wenke Zang (Shandong Normal University, China) delivered a keynote speech titled "Research on the Density Peak Clustering Algorithm Applied to Complex Data Mining". Prof. Ye Li (Qilu University of Technology, China) presented a keynote speech entitled "Research Progress of Deep Learning in Low Bit Rate Speech Coding Field". We extend our sincere appreciation to all authors for contributing their valuable work, to the reviewers for their rigorous evaluations ensuring the academic quality of the proceedings, and to all participants whose engagement animated the discussions throughout the event. We are also deeply grateful to the Organizing Committee, Technical Program Committee, and supporting institutions—including Qilu University of Technology (Shandong Academy of Sciences) and Shandong Normal University—for their meticulous planning and dedicated efforts that ensured the smooth execution of the conference. We believe that the research presented in this volume represents meaningful progress in data mining, intelligent decision-making, and project management. It is our hope that these contributions will inspire further exploration, foster new collaborations, and support the continued development of data-driven methodologies and management innovations. We look forward to meeting the research community again at future editions of DMPM, building upon the strong foundations established in Jinan in 2026. DMPM 2026 Conference Committee
