Abstract

Through the research on the cultivation of innovative ability of undergraduate applied talents in Colleges and universities, the cultivation mode of innovative ability is constructed, which is based on classroom teaching, supported by practical links, supported by scientific research and training, guided by competition activities and expanded by the second classroom. It highlights the cultivation of innovative ability and personality characteristics of College students and serves the local society. Economic development cultivates high-quality economic and management personnel.
