Abstract

Aimed at the problem that PSD output position is not the laser spot center coordinate formed on PSD in the measurement of transient angle, factors affecting the accuracy of testing system is analysed in this paper. from the work principle of PSD and detection experiment, the energy distribution and light spot position have a close relationship can be seen.
