- Abstract
The development of the cold chain logistics industry affects the solution of China’s “three rural” problems to a certain extent. Evaluating and improving the business performance of cold chain logistics enterprises is not only conducive to reducing the circulation links of agricultural products, reducing the circulation cost of agricultural products, but also effectively guaranteeing the quality of agricultural products. This paper innovatively proposes a cold chain logistics cost performance analysis model based on the DEA-AHP model. The model can dynamically evaluate the development trend of the company’s cold chain logistics level through the comparison of consecutive years in the cold chain logistics company. This is beneficial to the company’s profit expectations and forecasting of development prospects. The research results show that the technical level is the key factor affecting the efficiency of enterprise operation, followed by the management style and the scale of enterprise operation. Finally, according to the experimental results, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of cold chain logistics enterprises.
