Abstract

The article deals with various aspects of the enforcement of intellectual property in the territory of the member States of the Eurasian economic Union. The systematization of areas of cooperation in which the member States implement law enforcement measures to ensure effective protection and protection of intellectual property rights. The specific features of the Unified customs register of intellectual property in accordance with international law.
