Abstract

Public management has always been an important part of the management field, and errors and even failures in public management have always been indispensable. As an analytical method, cultural theory is devoted to grasping the public's respective preferences for “lifestyles” and linking these different preferences with the various types of organizations that may exist. This paper will use the four basic organizational methods defined by cultural theory and its analysis to analyze the failure and disintegration in public management. It is helpful to clarify the different and contradictory attitudes of political scandals and disasters, distinguish the responsible bearers and how to deal with things correctly.
