Abstract

The article is devoted to the increasing role of digitalization in improving the country’s competitiveness, which reflects the most promising trends in the development of the economy, social sphere and management system. The development of digital economy cannot be imagined without the formation and continuous improvement of e-government. The transformation should cover all levels of the state and municipal management system. Currently, this process is being implemented at different speeds, and there is a significant lag at the local government level. Issues of digital transformation of local self-government are currently becoming particularly important.
